Our history

Quesera Napoli started its journey in Palma de Mallorca towards the end of the 70’s. The product had such an overwhelming acceptance, not only in the island, but in various provinces of the Peninsula as well, that in 1994 we decided it was time to move our premises into the Peninsula’s growing market.

The company experienced such a fast sales growth, that once more, in the end of 2000 we moved into a 3.000 covered sq. M plant with 22.000 sq. M of land, anticipating any further expansion needs that may come along in a near future.

 

Our philosophy

Differing from many other dairy industries, we only manufacture Mozzarella Cheese and Pizza Cheese analogue. Pizza is our business!

We firmly believe in specialization. Today’s market requires different performances of the product in the oven, mainly based in melting properties and blister colour. Because of this, we have developed several manufacturing formulas, always aiming for tailor made products which satisfy every single need our customers may have.
